We are seeking candidates for Production Operator roles on the 1st shift. Hours for the 1st shift are 7 : 00am-4 : 30pm, Monday through Friday.

What a Production Operator will do :

• Understand and control the operation of rotational molding equipment
• Reference set-up sheets to determine resin and colorant weights
• Utilize various scales required to accurately weigh resin and colorant
• Determine when product charge requires multiple containers using basic arithmetic
• Load resin into molds manually through use of buckets or mechanically through use of a forklift and resin bin
• Unload molded product by manual and mechanical means; applying water based mold release as required
• Assist in mold changes

• Must be mechanically inclined
• Possess basic arithmetic skills
• Motivated to grow within the organization
