Our company is in need of an admin to monitor all incoming calls from our clients and respond with the appropriate response. A successful candidate for this position will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to keep track of a large number of calls and emails in a timely manner. Prior experience at an executive level admin, superior verbal communication skills, and the ability to think quickly while remaining calm under pressure is ideal. The ability to manage and schedule multiple calendars, while maintaining a courteous and efficient interaction among clients is a must.

Responsibilities:

• Reviewing and responding to customer inquiries
• Plan and monitor email and texts
• Managing multiple calendars
• Ensuring that clients are connected with the appropriate representative

Pay: $12.00 - $18.00 per hour
