Job Summary
Accounting Clerk will be primarily be responsible for keeping track of money owed to us by customers, preparing invoices and updating records.

Essential Functions
• Maintain and make necessary adjustments to records
• Inspect operational, technical, and financial information
• Communicate with relevant parties regarding account and billing issues
• Create documentation relevant to billing activities
• Gather, process, and disburse information related to billing
• High level attention to detail
Qualifications
• Bachelors degree in Accounting preferred
• Previous Accounting experience is preferred
• Knowledge of accounting software
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
