Job Title: Parts Warehouse Person

Job Summary:
Doggett Automotive Group is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Parts Warehouse Person to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and organizing automotive parts inventory, ensuring efficient operations within our parts department. This role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service to both internal and external customers.
Key Responsibilities:
· Receive, inspect, and store incoming parts and supplies.
· Accurately record and manage inventory using dealership management software.
· Organize and maintain parts storage areas to ensure easy access and efficient workflow.
· Pick and prepare parts for delivery to service technicians and retail customers.
· Assist with parts counter sales as needed, providing excellent customer service.
· Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
· Process and return defective or excess parts in accordance with dealership policies.
· Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment.
· Assist with shipping and receiving operations, including preparing parts for shipment.
· Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
· Perform other duties as assigned by the Parts Manager.
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent required.
· Previous experience in a warehouse or inventory management role, preferably in the automotive industry.
· Familiarity with automotive parts and dealership management software is a plus.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Excellent communication and customer service skills.
· Ability to lift and move heavy parts and equipment.
· Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
· Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
