Dog Sitter for family located in Whitefish, Montana is Hiring an Associate Attorney for Plaintiff Personal Injury Firm Near Chicago, IL

We are seeking an immediate opening for highly motivated Associate Attorney to join our team of dedicated experienced Personal Injury attorneys representing clients in personal injury cases by providing expert legal counsel to achieve the best possible outcome and compensation our clients deserve.

Responsibilities:

Associate Attorney for plaintiff personal injury law firm, with pre-litigation and litigation duties

as follows:

· Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues.

· Prepare legal documents, not limited to but including pleadings, discovery, motions, and briefs.

· Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and proceedings.

· Engage in settlement negotiations and draft settlement agreements when appropriate.

· Prepare and assist with trial preparation, strategy, and proceedings.

· Attend client meetings and provide legal advice.

· Review and analyze legal documents, releases, contracts, and agreements.

· Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to the practice.

· Draft and file legal documents, argue substantive motions, and take and defend depositions.

· Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to develop litigation strategies.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation.

Qualifications:

· Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school degree and active licensure to practice law in the State of Illinois required.

· 0-3 years of Personal Injury experience preferred.

· Active membership in the Illinois State Bar.

· Strong legal research and writing skills.

· Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

· Willingness to travel within the state of Illinois as required.

· Strong understanding of personal injury laws, regulations, and procedures.

· Exceptional negotiation and advocacy skills.

· Excellent written and oral communication skills.

· Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services.

· Compassion for injured individuals and a dedication to achieving justice on their behalf.

· Trial experience is a plus.
