ABOUT THE JOB WE DO
As a Guest Relations Superstar you are the first impression of Dog City. You’ll be formulating relationships with our clients and dog guests, and you are key to making sure that each pet gets everything they need to insure our guests have a great stay while their owners are away.
As the Guest Relations Superstar with our dog guests, you are responsible for:
The facility is staffed 365 days a year and is exceptionally busy during summer and major holidays. All staff MUST be able to work all shifts including weekends and holidays. Working hours vary between 6:30am and 8pm. Guest Relations will report to the General Manager of Dog City.
OUR PROMISE:
We provide all training needed to excel. Previous animal care experience is a plus, but not required. We’re willing to train on all of our systems, services, and guest experiences to find the right fit for our center and team. We promise to provide all support in a clean, safe work environment. COMPENSATION
Pay range is $13 to $14/hr depending on your previous work experience and the guest experience you can provide to our clients. If you are just looking for a job, you won’t like it here. But, if you know without a doubt that you are a fit, let’s talk. This is a part-time position (20 to 30 hours per week).
