Seeking Virtual Positive Reinforcement Dog Trainer

Main Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual dog training consultations with dog owners through video conferencing.
• Employ positive reinforcement and reward-based techniques and methods to develop custom training programs utilizing Dog Academy courses and content.
• Present excellent training recommendations to ensure prospective and existing clients have all the information necessary to make sound purchasing choices for their needs with the ultimate goal of closing each sale.
• Guide clients in effectively navigating our digital platforms.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in dog training.
• Demonstrated proficiency with computers and the internet is essential.
• Ability to operate accurately at an efficient pace in all situations.
• Customer Service Experience Preferred
• Sales Experience a Plus
• Flexibility to work Nights and Weekends
• Excellent virtual communication skills, with the ability to understand online material and explain concepts and techniques effectively to dog owners over video chat.
• Familiarity with video conferencing platforms and technology.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently, managing your schedule effectively.
• High-speed Internet and Newer, Distraction Free Home Office with Computer Set Up (for WFH Options) Phones and tablets will not work, a computer/laptop is required
