How this role makes a difference:

Dodge Construction Network (DCN) is looking for a results-oriented and data-driven NetSuite Administrator. This role will work with the DCN team as well as third party resources to ensure data quality across systems. Their primary focus will be maintaining, updating and enhancing the NetSuite ERP system.

**This position is fully remote.

Some examples of what you will have accountability for in this role include:

• Provide internal support to users, including training and maintaining proper system access for all roles
• Assist with procedures and guidelines to ensure data integrity
• Work with various business areas to understand new needs and requirements
• Engage with Project Managers to help track requests
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of NetSuite functionality
• Assist developers with integrations to NetSuite
• Work to migrate changes across NetSuite instances (Production/Test/Dev)
• Assist the with administering user access and maintain proper system access/roles/rights
• Create, update, and maintain reports in NetSuite
• Assist developers with data imports and migration processes
• Manage and perform the systems and data maintenance necessary in maintaining the quality of the data across all systems
• Ensure excellent customer service through verbal and written communications delivering quality solutions in a timely manner
• Collaborate with the various internal departments on business and technology needs utilizing process improvement, application knowledge and data management skills

What You Bring:

• Prior NetSuite Administration with workflow, scripting, configuration of custom data fields as well as reporting skills required
• Strong Excel skills (i.e. VLOOKUP, pivot tables), to include functions and features to manage and manipulate data
• Experience with providing business requirements, data management and training documentation
• Database, data analysis and reporting knowledge & experience
• Understanding of data structure, mapping, translation and synchronization
• Results oriented, solid work ethic with excellent attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Creative self-starter, highly accountable and communicative
• Other database product experience with Access, SQL or other products is preferred
• Prefer experience with Sales & CRM functions as well as Marketing campaigns and trend analysis
