Docyt is seeking a talented and experienced Java developer to join our team as a Senior Member of Technical Staff. As a Java senior developer at Docyt, you will play a key role in designing and building scalable and reliable backend solutions for our innovative financial technology platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements, ensure the quality and performance of our software, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our technology stack.

• Design and develop scalable and reliable backend solutions using Java
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and provide technical leadership
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our software development processes and practices
• Perform code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to backend systems
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in Java development

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 8 years of professional experience in Java development
• Strong knowledge of Java and object-oriented programming concepts
• Experience with Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and Hibernate
• Experience with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL
• Experience with RESTful API development and integration
• Experience with Git or other version control systems
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
• Previous experience in Microservices is preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in the FinTech industry or related field is a plus
