What you'll doThe Payroll Analyst is responsible for proactive collaboration with key internal business partners within the Global Payroll organization and our third party vendors, and requires independent thinking in handling payroll analysis and validations. To be successful in this role, the Payroll Analyst needs to be familiar with wage and hour laws, Federal, State, and Global Tax legislations, and strong motivation to contribute to the achievement of an efficient payroll process.
The individual must be able to handle ambiguity, be self-motivated to figure out the total picture, and propose resolutions or take appropriate action. They must pay great attention to detail and can deliver results under pressure, as well as work efficiently in a rapidly changing environment.
This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Manager, Payroll.
Responsibility
Remote: Employee is not required to be in or near an office frequently and works from a designated remote work location for the majority of the time.

Illinois and Colorado: $80,600 - $104,750 base salary
