Histology Technician

Our surgical Dermatology practice in Duluth is looking for a part-time or full-time Histology Technician to join our practice.

Responsibilities will include, but not limited, to the following:

• Performing histological procedures to aid in diagnosis.
• Prepares tissue samples for routine microscopic analysis.
• Analyze reports, test results, medical records, and examinations to diagnose condition of patients.
• Maintains and operates laboratory equipment according to manufacturer recommendations and procedures.
• Demonstrates knowledge of quality safety and compliance programs.
• Investigates documents communicates and resolves needs problems or complaints.
• Performs area-specific support/clinical activities.

Certification from accredited histology technician program required.
