Summary

Reporting to the Assistant Administrator, the Office Manager is responsible for the daily operations of Brain and Spine Institute, supervises the Clinical Support Staff. Works collaboratively with the director to implement change, interview/hire applicants, evaluate the performance of employees including performance management up to and including termination of employment, create and update policies and procedures as requested.Qualifications

Education:

Minimum Education: High School diploma preferred.

Minimum Experience/Skills: Three years of admitting/outpatient registration supervisory/management experience in a hospital setting preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Pay Range: $35.32 - $54.75 hourly

Individual wages are determined based upon a number of factors including, but not limited to, an individual’s qualifications and experience
