Job Summary:

• Reporting to the Director of Surgical Services/Operations Coordinator/Shift Manager/Designee, the
• Registered Nurse provides direct patient care to pediatric through geriatric patient populations.
• Addresses the psychosocial, physical and general aspects of care related to the surgical environment.
• The RN is responsible for monitoring the patient’s physiological status in the immediate operative period.
• Communicates with the surgeon and anesthesiologist about patient conditions and receives direction for patient management.
• Intercedes to maintain optimum homeostasis.

Minimum Qualifications

• CA RN license
• ACLS
• PALS
• TCAR within 1 year of hire
• New grad or recent med surg/procedural area experience
• AORN 101 within 6 months of hire
• Call required
• 8hr shifts for first 6 months

Pay Range: $55.59 - $82.50 hourly
