• Facility location: Bend, OR
• July 29th (walk in clinic) August 26th (Primary Care Clinic)

• Walk in Clinic 4-10, Primary Care 3-4 days a week
• Primary Care 850 patients and 14-18 seen a day. Walk in is 70-80 per week

• Board certified family medicine for MD/NP
• Client is looking for an experienced provider to take over for a provider that's been there 30 years. Not looking for new grads or anything less than 2-3 years of experience. For APP candidates they need to have extensive experience working in rural health and primary care for all ages (6 month-100yrs old). It’s a primary care practice that's an off shoot of rural health. Each provider is assigned two medical assistances. Clinic had 3 MD's and 3 APP's.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $85.00 - $110.00 per hour
