Overview

DOCS Health is seeking a Part-Time, General Dentist to provide problem-focused dental services in Texarkana, AR. Candidate must possess strong diagnostic and clinical skills with an emphasis on oral surgery. This is a unique opportunity for Dentists looking to earn supplemental income without the administrative responsibilities, “selling of dentistry," or overhead costs associated with a traditional private practice. DOCS manages all staffing, documentation, invoicing/billing, and ordering of dental supplies, including PPE and instrumentation. Access to DOCS’ Chief Dental Officer 24/7 for clinical consultation and support.

Responsibilities

• Perform dental services within designated hours of operations.
• Utilize universal precautions for patient dental care.
• Exam, diagnose and treat patients consistent with professional standards and defined scope of service.
• Document patients’ needs for every dental encounter utilizing the SOAP format, update the patient health history, and obtain patient consent prior to delivering of care.

Schedule

Hours: 7:30am -3:30pm

Saturday: 1 Time every other month

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of Dentistry Medicine (DDS/DMD)
• Experienced clinician preferred
• One (1) year of experience in oral surgery preferred
• Active and unrestricted State Dental License
• Excellent organizational skills
