Dockside Condominium Association is Hiring a Housekeeping Janitorial Near Philadelphia, PA
Philadelphia High Rise Condominium Building is seeking an experienced Housekeeper for temporary full-time position Tuesday – Saturday 8AM – 5PM. The candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in all aspects of housekeeping/janitorial services for residential building. Candidate must be super motivated, detail oriented, with excellent multitasking skills.
The ideal candidate must possess the following skills:
- Duties include but are not limited to; Dusting, mopping sweeping, cleaning windows, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, lobbys, hallways, elevators, pulling trash and switching dumpsters. PUSHING DUMPSTERS
- Maintaining all common areas of high rise including amenity rooms
- Ability to operate a snow blower, vacuum, carpet shampoo machine, floor buffer, billy-goat machine to name a few.
- Ability to work with variety of cleaning chemicals
- Pool Cleaning and filling as needed
- Routinely work on curb appeal outside exterior of property
- Handle snow/ice removal on property
- On call for snow removal as needed - SNOW REMOVAL
- Must able to lift 80-100 lbs. on a regular basis
- Ability to be on feet for extended period of time during 8hr shift
- Light Maintenance would be a plus
- Polite with customer service environment
- Reliable means of transportation is necessary
- Must pass criminal and substance abuse testing
- Good Benefit package with a negotiable starting salary
