Doc’s Harley-Davidson
is looking for a MotorClothes Manager to lead and manage employees by training and motivating all MotorClothes Sales personnel while ensuring that the structure of all deals worked are following dealership policies resulting in maximizing the volume of bike sales with an emphasis on new bikes. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all operations regarding sales of motorclothes.
  • Ensure adherence to the sales process and track results daily using CRM and other measures.
  • Handle customer complaints according to dealership policy, showing empathy and a positive attitude, and demonstrating our commitment to “make things right”.
  • Carry out the daily Sales Manager Checklist.
  • Adhere to lead follow-up procedures.
  • Adhere to budgeted revenue and expense objectives.
  • Maintain efficiency reports to all sales personnel.
  • Ensure adherence to policies and procedures for the Sales Department in concert with the General Manager.
  • Assist the General Manager with recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and firing of employees.
  • Provide appropriate training for all MotorClothes Department employees in all areas necessary to deliver results.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned or requested

Qualifications/Requirements – MotorClothes Manager:

  • Three years’ progressive experience managing a sales organization preferred.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent degree or greater required.
  • Knowledge and experience with sales of Harley-Davidson motorcycles and other products sold by the dealership, or the demonstrated ability to quickly learn them.
  • Ability to take initiative and solve problems.
  • Passion for the motorcycling lifestyle and riding community.
  • Interpersonal skills and customer service skills required.
  • Be self-motivated, positive, driven and helpful.
  • Great customer service, excellent personal communication, and demonstrated closing skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
  • Valid driver’s license and motorcycle endorsement preferred.
