Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive and enjoyable experience for our guests. You will have the opportunity to showcase your bartending skills and creativity while working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Responsibilities: - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers - Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences - Ensure accurate cash handling and process payments using cash registers - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area - Monitor alcohol consumption and enforce responsible drinking guidelines - Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner - Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies as needed - Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations - Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations Experience: - Previous experience as a Bartender in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred - Strong knowledge of various drink recipes, including cocktails, beers, and wines - Proficient in cash handling and operating cash registers - Familiarity with brewing techniques and different types of beverages - Experience in banquet or event bartending is a plus - Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders simultaneously - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices - Basic understanding of retail math for calculating bills and making change If you are passionate about bartending, have excellent customer service skills, and thrive in a dynamic atmosphere, we would love to hear from you.
