Audio/Visual Technician

Dobil Laboratories, a recognized innovator in Hotel Audio/Visual., is seeking a highly motivated lead technician who possesses a strong technical background. 

Position Requirements

Using extensive knowledge of current technologies, including Audio, Video, Lighting, and others, you will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks including but not limited to:

Installing Audio, Video for Meetings and Events in various settings ranging from hotels to corporate board rooms.

Supervising and coordinating work at the job site, which often involves working with onsite crews and other hotel employees. Experience with Audio and Video principals, .

Ability to troubleshoot systems and resolve issues of the systems,.

Functioning as the technical expert on site, using operational knowledge and technical skills to solve problems ranging from basic cabling and Equipment.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience in audio/visual & video conferencing technology..
• Knowledge of current technologies and familiarity with all facets of Hotel AV.
• PC proficiency
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Availability and willingness to travel as needed
• Must be able to pass a drug test and PA-Act 34 background check.
• Formal electronics education and/or industry certifications are preferred

Compensation 

This position will be paid on an hourly basis with paid overtime, commensurate with your experience and the value you bring to the position. Excellent benefits are available, including health insurance, 401k with matching funds, PTO, and paid holidays.
