Doane University, a liberal arts university with campuses located in Crete, Lincoln, and an Omaha Location invites applications for the position of Director of Campus Engagement on our Crete Campus. The Director of Campus Engagement provides leadership, strategic vision, and planning for a comprehensive portfolio of programs and services that drive co-curricular involvement for all Doane University students. The Director supports the mission of the institution and the Division of Student Affairs; promotes an active co-curricular experience for both residential (Crete campus) and nonresidential students (Lincoln campus and Omaha location); fosters the development of student organizations, their individual members, and advisors; contributes to student leadership development and connection to the larger Doane community, and; must possess a broad and deep understanding of national best practices and innovations to promote a robust co-curricular experience. Collaboration with multiple campus and community partners on all campuses is essential to achieve these outcomes.Diversity, equity, and inclusion are mission-imperative areas in the Doane community, and the director should be a leader in promoting an inclusive and equitable environment.
