Job Summary:

We are looking for a professional Office Clerk to support our office staff and perform a variety of clerical duties. If you are an enthusiastic and detail-oriented professional with proven clerical experience, we want to hear from you. You will help us to keep growing as a company and we will help you to reach your professional goals.

As an Office Clerk you will play a crucial role in assuring our company’s daily office operations run smoothly. You will undertake a variety of duties, ranging from maintaining client files, inputting information in our database system, and working closely with our clients and staff. The ideal candidate should have strong organization and communication skills as well as a meticulous attention to detail. 
Responsibilities​​​​​:

  • Develop organized filing systems.
  • Create, process, and maintain file records.
  • File and retrieve documents for other personnel.
  • Find and retrieve information from files in response to requests 
  • Gathering, collecting, and preparing documents, materials, and information for data entry.
  • Accurately enter and store all information in our database system in accordance with the company's guidelines.
  • Updating and maintaining databases, archives, and filing systems.
  • Perform other general office duties, such as answering phone calls, and handling routine correspondence.
  • Follows all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as office clerk or other clerical position.
  • Familiarity with office procedures 
  • Working knowledge of office devices and processes.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Excellent data entry and filling skills.
  • Very good organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
  • English mandatory. Spanish, preferred.
  • Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday.
  • 7:30n am to 4:00 pm
