Maintenance Assistant Responsibilities include:

• Assist Maintenance Director with task, including general maintenance, make ready apartments, and any other task as assigned by leadership.
• Responsible for performing general maintenance and housekeeping duties in the community and around the community grounds as assigned
• Monitors inventory of chemicals, supplies and equipment needed for laundry and maintenance tasks.
• Responsible for assisting with maintaining a safe, clean and comfortable environment for the residents, guests and team members

Qualifications:

• General maintenance knowledge.
• Have experience in senior living or similar environment preferred.
• Enjoy providing exceptional customer service and care to our senior residents.
