Job Purpose
The Engineering Manager directs the work of the engineering department, maintenance department, and advises management of engineering and maintenance problems or concerns. Specifically, they are responsible for all Engineering functions, facilities engineering and maintenance and is the principal of production design, production cost analysis, production cost reduction, planning and implementation of periodic inspections, repair, and management of maintenance costs.

Safety Requirements
Due to the nature of the work performed in this job, the employee is required to wear safety glasses, safety gloves, hearing protection when needed, and ANSII-approved steel or composite-toed footwear while on the production floor.
The hiring range for this position is $90,000 to $120,000 per year. This range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications.
