DNI is Hiring a System Engineer Near Hampton, VA
U.S. Air Force (USAF) at Langley AFB (Ryan Center) in Hampton, VA.
We are looking for a highly motivated, energetic self-starter to join our team. The candidate will conduct a full range of system engineering services related to IT system upgrades.
- Develop and manage project artifacts such as bill of materials, assist in the creation of
inventories, or rack elevations in support of project management.
- Support the Change Management business process to include attending Change Review
configuration managed items.
- Support the Resource Advisor with development of five year spend plan, yearly budget,
- Support unit leadership with the validation of new customer requirements and
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSThree (3) years of experience in a management role with hands on interaction with external
vendors and customers. Proficiency with cloud environments within the last five years or
minimum of four (4) years’ demonstrated experience with computer networks or minimum of
four (4) years’ demonstrated experience administering endpoint systems (client systems, servers,
etc,…) and
- 3 years system engineering experience in an IT-related field
- Highly desired VMware VCP certification
- Highly desired CCNP certification
- Highly desired Microsoft Project and Visio experience
- This position requires US citizenship and current TOP SECRET Security Clearance and
at start of work and be eligible for TS.
- Must possess CompTIA Security certification.
- This position requires ability to travel as required
