We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our warehouse operations and ensure the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.

The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for managing warehouse staff, coordinating inventory activities, and implementing best practices to optimize warehouse processes.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive experience in warehouse management, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
• Coordinate with logistics and procurement teams to ensure timely delivery and receipt of inventory.
• Develop and implement warehouse procedures and policies to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management software or systems.
• Monitor inventory levels and reorder stock as needed to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe work environment.
• Conduct regular inspections of warehouse facilities and equipment to identify and address any maintenance or safety issues.
• Implement measures to minimize inventory shrinkage, loss, or damage.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve any warehouse-related issues or challenges.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in warehouse management or supervisory role, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and coach warehouse staff.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in inventory management software or systems.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety regulations and best practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Forklift certification and experience operating material handling equipment preferred.
• Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma principles is a plus.
