Job Summary:
We are a foundation repair company that specializes in waterproofing, crawlspace encapsulation, carbon fiber straps, drainage and other types of water management practices. We are seeking a skilled Foundation Repair Specialist/Crew Leader. As a crew leader, you will be assigned jobs for which you will be responsible in seeing through from start to finish. You will have one to two people working with you and you will be responsible for ensuring the job is completed within the time budgeted for the work and to the standards expected by our company. The right person will have great attention to detail, be self motivated and take pride in delivering high quality work. Please note you will also be partaking in getting the work done, this is not a strictly managerial position. We need someone that thrives working in the field at job sites. Our work hours are from 6:30am to 3:30pm.

Duties:
- Ensure you are knowledgeable of what materials are needed prior to starting a job
- Order materials
- Ensure your crew is keeping jobs clean and staying on track
- Interact with homeowners when work is started to ensure they feel they're in good hands
- Document job progress and any issues that come up as well as change orders that might be needed
- Quality check every job to make sure that it has been done to our standards
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and diagnose solutions for problems that come up

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in management roles
- Strong knowledge of waterproofing and foundation repair practices
- Proficiency in using basic computer systems like Outlook
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Good communication skills to interact with team members and customers
- Able to read basic architectural drawings and diagrams

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
