The Implementation Supervisor is a position that reflects a demonstrated competence in handling complex implementation projects and the proven ability to lead, train, and develop new and existing implementation analyst team. The Implementation Supervisor executes the department practice vision by onboarding new analyst team members, facilitating ongoing education for the existing analyst team, and monitoring the quality and timeliness of core analyst duties. The Implementation Supervisor will assist with enhancing the operational accuracy and efficiency of current implementation operations. The Implementation Supervisor will seek to uphold and instill a high standard of accuracy, excellence, and market knowledge to the analyst team.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

1. Works in tandem with the Program Manager to execute the department vision for Implementations at DMSi.
2. Executes and monitors the department vision for the performance, risk, status, and client satisfaction of all implementations.
3. Supervises and balances work assigned to analysts and coordinates work with other DMSi team members.
4. Leads development and execution of training programs for new and existing Analysts.
5. Ensures active knowledge of new software functionality is consumed and utilized by the Analyst team.
6. Provides performance feedback to Analyst staff around efficiency and quality of work.
7. Handles escalations by Analysts and Customers when needed.
8. Upholds and enhances positive, collaborative team culture.
9. Assists in product management and development initiatives by providing feedback and prioritization.
10. Travel as needed approximately 10-15% of the time. Overnight stay. Typically, 2-4 days out at a time. Travel may vary.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:Demonstrated ability in people management and coaching skills.
Advanced knowledge of and ability to apply ERP System concepts; understand business process, and accounting principles and procedures.
Ability to apply project management skills and utilize DMSi project management tools.

Ability to maintain a high degree of tact, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Ability to adhere to organizational policies and procedures.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: College degree in Accounting, Business Management, MIS, Project Management or equivalent work experience in similar roles or with similar duties.

WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Normal office environment with use of computers and telephone systems; no unusual physical demands. 
Travel to locations as needed, including overnight stays, business air travel, and car rental.
