Journeyman and Apprentice Painters

DMS Companies is a growing commercial contractor located in Phoenix, AZ, seeking responsible individuals with a positive attitude and a desire to grow their career. We work on a range of projects, both commercial & industrial, and you will have exposure to a great range of job types and people. We don’t perform much new construction, however, we are one of the leading tenant improvement and small project contractors in the area.

If you have a skillset and experience to put to work, we'd like to hear from you. In particular, we're looking for someone experienced in job site preparations, scaffolding erection, proper use of ladders and trained on scissor and boom lifts. Must have experience in the various types of spray equipment and techniques, as well as maintenance of the systems. Physically capable of carrying 50 pounds.

A positive mental attitude, and a strong sense of customer service is always important--and construction is no different. The ideal candidate will be respectful to coworkers, subcontractors and clients. Bilingual candidates are a plus.

We all prefer to be around happy, smiling faces, at the same time there to get the job done well and take care of our customers. With that said, punctuality, and cleanliness are extremely important.

Pay: $17.00 - $28.00 per hour (apprentice to Journeyman) depending on experience
