The Department of Developmental Services (DDS) is seeking qualified candidates for the Residential Supervisor I (RS I) position. This position will offer candidates extensive opportunities to learn and develop team building, supervisory, and leadership skills while working as part of a highly motivated and progressive management team. The RS I position offers candidates opportunities for professional growth and advancement.

This position is located in the Quaboag Valley Program in Monson, MA.
Schedule: Sunday through Thursday, 8:00am - 4:00pm
Days off: Friday / Saturday
Flexibility is required to meet the needs of the program; Must work at least one early evening shift per week and at least one weekend day per month.
