DMOS is seeking candidates for a full-time Physical Therapist opportunity at our Ankeny clinic. We are seeking PT's who have interest and experience in treating orthopedic injuries in an outpatient setting. What does this role do? Under general supervision, this individual provides independent acute and/or routine medical care to a specified patient population. Must possess the ability to work independently, possess critical listening skills, and the ability to communicate clearly verbally and in writing. This position requires an extremely perceptive person, who is capable of relating to individuals at all levels within the organization. Must be sensitive to employee goodwill and the business needs.

Can I do this job? You must hold a Physical Therapist Degree from a state accredited PT Program. You must maintain an active CPR Certification (DMOS requirement for Physician Support Staff). You must be practicing (preferred) or be eligible to practice in the state of Iowa while working as a PT. You must maintain your license. You are required to meet all vaccination requirements of each institution they work in to retain credentialing status. You must have a kind, curious and respectful disposition. You may need to be on your feet for long periods of time. You may also need to transport, position or hold patients when necessary. You must to be able to lift at least 50 pounds for select tasks.
