The Orthopaedic Outpatient Surgery Center (OOSC) is seeking full/part time Operating Room Nurses. The OOSC is exclusive to DMOS surgeons performing a wide variety of orthopaedic cases from hand to total joints. This position is a Monday thru Friday full-time or part time position. Full Time applicants are eligible for a $10,000 sign-on bonus and benefits. Enjoy a great work life balance as there is no weekend, no holidays and no on call coverage.

What does an outstanding OR RN look like? Current, unrestricted license to practice in the state of Iowa as a Registered Nurse. An active BLS and ACLS Certification. Prior experience working in sterile fields/orthopaedics or an ASC is preferred. Must be able to prioritize and work with minimal supervision. Flexibility of hours based on scheduled cases. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to handle busy environments and be adaptable to change. We train our OR nurses to scrub, assist, and circulate orthopaedic case.

OOSC is a privately held joint venture with Unity Point and DMOS medical facility.
