DMI, LLC is seeking a Senior Technical Lead to join us.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for designing and implementing scalable, integrated solutions focusing on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Pagesplatform. This role will collaborate closely with stakeholders, project managers, and the technical team to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business requirements.
Lead the architecture and design of complex solution components (e.g., integration, security, custom development) on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform and Power Pages. Understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions, utilising best practices and design patterns. Perform hands-on coding when necessary and create prototypes to prove out solutions. Create and maintain comprehensive solution architecture documents and technical specifications. Work closely with the development team to ensure the design and development align with the architecture and business requirements. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to developers to ensure high quality. Lead technical meetings and workshops with stakeholders, project teams, and clients. Provide expertise in troubleshooting and resolving issues in development, test, and production environments.
