About the Opportunity

DMI, LLCis seeking a Release Manager to join us.

Duties and Responsibilities:

    Lead projects release and deployment plans.
  • Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas.
  • Partner with Architects to understand and identify security vulnerabilities.
  • Follows established guidelines/procedures.
Qualifications

Required Certifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience with Salesforce managing sandboxes, users, process builders; migration process and usage of changesets and their limitations.
  • Experience with ANT/Eclipse and Jenkins.
  • Experience working across the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC Process) with development, support, and operations teams.
  • Proven track record with release management tools and concepts
  • 5 years of Release Management experience
  • Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) experience and practice
  • Release Management Lifecycle experience
  • Release Management Software experience
  • Superior organizational and detail management skills
  • Effective analytical skills
  • Advanced written and verbal communication
  • Experience with Tools is a must

  • SalesForce experience

  • Demonstrated experience with process documentation.

  • Prior experience with supporting other complex projects.

Additional Requirements: Agile PM Tools, Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, CI/CD Tools like Jenkins, Bamboo, GitHub, Microsoft Azure, Cloud App Security Tools, Splunk, SonarQube. ANT Migration tool, Copado, Gearset, Force.com IDE

Min Citizenship Status Required: Must be a U.S. Citizen
