About the Opportunity
DMI, LLC is seeking a Data Scientist
Duties and Responsibilities:
The Research Statistician shall have a minimum of ten (10) years of experience and a bachelor’s degree. They shall have experience in data science, creating data solutions, statistics, and data programming. Key experience includes:
• Experience using statistical software such as SPSS, SAS, Sage, and Mathematica.• Experience mining and aggregating raw data helpful in identifying patterns.• Experience using diagnostics analytics tools looking at time variables and cause-and-effect relationships.• Experience using statistical models and forecasting techniques.• Experience with SQL, PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, SQLite, and IBM Db2 and Python.• Experience using data descriptively, diagnostically, prescriptively, and predictively.• Strong background in data management, including experience with data cataloging and managing access levels to data.• Experience in providing data solutions with consideration to varying access requirements.
Qualifications
Education and Years of Experience: A Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 10 years of experience
Required and Desired Skills/Certifications:
Additional Requirements: Experience with SQL, PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, SQLite, and IBM Db2 and Python.
Min Citizenship Status Required: H1B plus at least 3 years of residing in the US
