Position Overview: As a Project Architect specializing in mission-critical projects, you will play a pivotal role in the design and execution of high-profile facilities that are essential to our clients' operations. Leveraging your expertise in architectural design, planning, and project management, you will lead multidisciplinary teams through all phases of project development, from conceptualization to construction administration. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on diverse and challenging projects while enjoying the flexibility of a hybrid work schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Leadership: Take ownership of mission-critical projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project scope, schedule, and budgetary constraints.
  • Design Excellence: Lead the development of innovative and functional architectural solutions tailored to the specific needs of each project, while adhering to industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Client Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, understanding their objectives, and providing expert guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including engineers, designers, and consultants, to integrate architectural and technical solutions seamlessly.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain rigorous quality standards, conducting thorough reviews of design documentation, specifications, and construction drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Project Coordination: Facilitate effective communication and coordination among project stakeholders, including contractors, vendors, and regulatory agencies, to resolve issues and mitigate risks.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in mission-critical design and architecture, and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of our processes and methodologies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • Licensed Architect with a minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management, preferably with a focus on mission-critical facilities.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
  • Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and standards applicable to mission-critical environments, such as data centers, command centers, and healthcare facilities.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to effectively engage with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
