DMAC Security is looking to hire a qualified individual to observe and identify criminal activities, promptly alerting the appropriate authorities. Your keen awareness and timely response contribute to maintaining secure properties and ensuring a sense of safety for all. As a security officer, your responsibilities include unarmed foot and/or vehicle patrols (both interior and exterior), access control, monitoring CCTV and alarm systems, report generation, deterring criminal activities, and adhering to duties specified in post-orders. This role is ideal for someone with a customer service orientation, a friendly demeanor, energy, and a welcoming attitude. The ability to retain information about the complex is crucial for addressing guests' general inquiries.

Specific duties and functions:

• Perform security patrols of assigned areas on foot or in vehicles.
• Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may pose security concerns or safety hazards.
• Activate alarms or contact the police or fire department in case of fire or the presence of unauthorized persons.
• Issue warnings to violators of rule infractions, such as loitering, smoking, or carrying forbidden articles.
• Allow authorized persons to enter the property and monitor entrances and exits.
• Observe departing personnel to prevent theft of company property, ensuring authorized removal aligns with client requirements.
• Investigate and prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities, maintaining written logs as required by the post.
