DM Clinical Research is Hiring an Associate Director of Enrollment and Clinical Strategy Near Houston, TX

Associate Director of Enrollment and Clinical Strategy
The Associate Director of Enrollment and Clinical Strategy is responsible for leading the enrollment success vertical implementing new initiatives, improved processes, and implementations across all indications to ensure clinical randomizations are optimized.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Leading cross functional teams, including but not limited to, representatives from the Clinical Sites, Embedded Clinical Offices, Referring Physicians, and Recruiting departments on new ideas, improved processes, and sponsor initiatives
  • Interfacing with our network physicians to drive patient flow while utilizing their EMR systems to source and recruit patients
  • Shared responsibility across functional teams for helping DMCR achieve strategic goals
  • Leading and collaborating cross functionally to plan and execute new initiatives
  • Subject matter expert on the alliance program, executing education and awareness campaigns internally with DMCR colleagues and at the leadership level across all sectors and service lines
  • Creating the infrastructure, staffing model, reporting and processes for Therapeutic and Pediatric recruitment Seeking continuous process improvement and identifying gaps to drive higher recruitment pull through
  • Manage company stakeholders by driving innovation for solution co-development and strategy with the alliance
  • Monitoring key projects and anticipating, identifying, and solving obstacles to project success
  • Be able to articulate the company vision and mission statement to all client contacts regardless of title and responsibility
  • Lead regular communication and updates on relevant Patient Enrollment leads with senior leadership
  • Strong working knowledge of clinical trial operational processes
  • Other duties as assigned by management
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in medicine, foreign degree acceptable
  • Master’s degree preferred
Experience:
  • 3 years in clinical research or healthcare settings
  • 5 years in leadership role, including leading mid to large sized teams
  • 5 years in business development tasks
  • 3 years in patient enrollment
  • Demonstrated experience in building a strong relationship and driving results with our doctor’s practices Experience in driving therapeutic and Pediatric enrollments

Knowledge and Skills:
  • Strong working knowledge of clinical trial operational processes
  • Strong working knowledge of Patient Recruitment processes and procedures
  • Ability to build and develop relationships and networks
  • Natural coaching skills
  • Record of building a comprehensive clientele network
  • Outstanding client management and relationship skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong knowledge of current market trends
  • Ability to forecast objectives
  • Strong sector expertise
