**$200 Hiring Bonus After 90 Days!**
Positions Available: Full Time, Custodian/Grounds Maintenance Floater working within the Oak Park School District. (Position will work at different school buildings throughout the district. Must have your own vehicle to drive.)
Schedule: 1st Shift Custodian/Grounds Maintenance Floater working Monday through Friday, 6:30am to 3:00pm
Wage: $18.00/hour

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Use approved methods and materials in cleaning and caring for assigned facility.
Operate and maintain equipment such as; auto floor scrubbers, burnishing buffers, stripping machines and vacuums.
Sweep, vacuum, mop, scrub and polish floors using industrial vacuum cleaners and scrubbing and buffing machines.
Empty trash receptacles.
May remove stains from such surfaces as rugs, drapes, walls, and floors using chemicals and cleaning solutions.
General cleaning furniture, windowsills, and walls.
Dust, wash walls, clean ceilings, and polish light fixtures.
Move cabinets, boxes, furniture, crates and equipment to clean areas.
Clean/stock all restroom, janitorial closet and break rooms.
Record and document all cleaning functions on appropriate logs and report to Supervisor.
Perform light building maintenance duties as needed.
Report any major safety item for repair.
Maintain an up-to-date inventory of all equipment, tools and supplies needed to perform grounds functions.
Maintains facility grounds, which includes cleaning the yard, trimming shrubbery, raking, planting, and weeding.
Perform snow removal duties when necessary.
Clean parking lots and driveways.
Follow all safety standards as outlined in company policy and OSHA regulations.
Additional duties as assigned or needed.
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: High school diploma, GED or technical school certification
Valid driver’s license required (no restrictions)
Must be able to pass a background check
Must be able to pass a DMV check (have a clean driving record) to be approved to drive company vehicles
Requires the ability to read and follow label instructions on cleaning supplies
Must be self-motivated and have the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Maintain a positive attitude which supports team performance and productivity.
Must have team aptitude and approach.
