Receptionist Job Profile
Provide top-notch customer service to all residents, family members, vendors, and employees
Answer telephone, transfer calls, take and deliver accurate messages
Distribute resident and office mail
Fax and photocopy documents as requested
Assist with maintenance of files as needed
Maintain front desk and lobby areas, ensuring they are clean and free from clutter
Receptionist Job Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in a customer service setting
Prior experience working in senior living or other healthcare environment is preferred, but not required
Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and the general public
Compassion and desire to work with the elderly
