Position Title: Part-Receptionist

Schedules Available: Weekdays 4p - 8p and Alternating Weekends 10a-6p

Duties/Responsibilities:

·Check in visitors

·Responsible for assisting and managing all incoming phone calls

·Provide administrative assistance when needed

·Utilize customer service skills to assist and greet all residents and family members

Requirements/Qualifications:

·High-school diploma

·Proficient in Microsoft Office preferred

·Excellent Customer Service Skills

·Experience in healthcare setting preferred
