Position Overview : We are looking for a dynamic Junior Graphic Designer to join our talented team. This role offers an incredible opportunity for someone who is passionate about design, possesses a strong work ethic, and is committed to continuous learning and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation and design of various marketing materials, including digital and print assets, presentations, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate closely with the design team to develop creative concepts and solutions that align with our brand identity and objectives.
• Support the production of visual content for social media, website, email campaigns, and other digital platforms.
• Maintain and organize design files, assets, and project documentation.
• Adapt and iterate on designs based on feedback from team members and leadership.
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to enhance design quality and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Marketing/Design degree preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Thorough understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• A keen eye for detail and a strong aesthetic sense.
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a dynamic industry.
