JOB DESCRIPTION:
- The Warehouse Forklift Operator will use a forklift to transport different materials around the warehouse and to load and unload materials from the loading dock.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Must be able to load and unload materials manually, off or on pallets, platforms, skids, or lifting devices.
- Perform pre- and post-inspections to ensure working forklift equipment.
- Plans and coordinates with upper management regarding loading and unloading operations.
- Keep updated records of inventory.
- Comply with company guidelines and safety policies.
- Other duties as assigned such as carrying 50 lbs bags on catwalks and platforms.
- High school diploma or GED
- Forklift experience a plus, but not required
- Bilingual preferred
- Must pass a background check
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
