DLP Capital is Hiring an Outreach associate Near St. Augustine, FL

The Investor Outreach Associate is responsible for providing a world-class investor onboarding experience and delivering exemplary ongoing service to the DLP Investor family.

This role supports the investor transaction team in facilitating new and recurring qualified and non-qualified investment accounts into the DLP Capital sponsored funds.

The Investor Outreach Associate will actively reach out to investors post onboarding to solicit feedback on the process along with ensuring the investors have full access to DLP Capital platforms and tools.

On an ongoing basis, the Investor Outreach Associate acts as an on-demand servicing and support resource / 'go-to' team member for our investors and holds regular investor calls and meetings to handle investor servicing needs.

HubSpot experience preferred Ability to build relationships and successfully work with multiple teams across the organization What you are great at : (Responsibilities) Assist in sending prospective investors portal access and other relevant information for due diligence purposes (tear sheets, quarterly reports, etc).

Attend and participate in daily pipeline calls and team huddles. Collect all required information for new investments and additions.

Develop a reputation with investors for responsiveness, service, and positive outcomes. Ensure all Prosperity Members and Investors receive a world class implementation of their investment and leave implementation with the knowledge, tools, and resources to prosper within their DLP relationship.

Escalate investments to the assigned Investor Success Manager when there are delays in communication with investors or investors have not executed within the specified timeline.

Hold onboarding communication with new investors to review subscriptions to the funding process. Leverage CRM, AppFolio, and relevant company tools to record all investor interactions to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of sales, operations, and DLP leadership.

Maintain and monitor your pipeline : update deal notes when required, update status when applicable, follow up on aged deals.

Maintain internal DLP file requirements across all technology platforms. Monitor in processing pipeline for new investments or servicing items.

Onboard all new investors on the full ecosystem of tools and resources they have access to as a trusted DLP investor. Review and validate CRM data entries to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Collaborate and coordinate with internal team members to solve investor questions and issues on their qualified account investments.

Respond to any investor account servicing inquiries. Provide notes and details within CRM for team transparency. Collaborate and coordinate with internal team members to solve investor questions and issues.

Elicit feedback from Members and Investors regularly improving the implementation process. Provide written and verbal communication when investor’s funds have been received and deployed.

Proactively solicit attendance at virtual and onsite events, process registrations, and follow up post-event to assess the value received to share findings with relevant team members.

Maintain up to date knowledge and expertise in DLP Funds and industry. Engage team members such as ISM and Operations teams to meet with investors for additional follow up opportunities.
