We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Sales Support Representative to join our team. As a Sales Support Representative, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our sales team. ```Duties```

• Execute some aspects of the sales function including quotes, order processing, and delivery dates - ensure the accuracy of information being entered to guarantee the correct item(s) are ordered
• Educate customers about product terminology, features, and benefits in order to improve sales and customer satisfaction
• Obtain and monitor scheduled shipment dates to ensure timely delivery and expedite as needed
• Collaborate with the Operations Manager to determine the best methods to resolve problems to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to the organization's policies
• Understand and follow work instructions, operating procedures, and company policies
• Meet with the customer on a weekly, biweekly or monthly basis to address any questions or concerns they may have.
• Communicate with the customer on the status of quotes.

```Requirements```
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills to understand customer needs and recommend solutions
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in data entry and CRM systems
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
