DLH Properties is Hiring a Maintenance Technician Near Montgomery, AL
We are searching for a highly motivated maintenance technician to join our maintenance team at our luxury apartment community – Grandview Pointe at Millbrook (240 Units units) - located in Millbrook, AL. Hourly rate shall range from $20.00 - $23.00 based upon experience. Candidates must be proficient in all aspects of property maintenance including basic electrical, plumbing, painting, general repairs, HVAC, & must demonstrate strong communication skills. Prior property maintenance experience strongly preferred but not required.

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
