Overview
Under the supervision of the Follow-up Lead, Manager, the Follow-up Lead is assigned to Regions(s) and manages a portfolio of grant recipients. This position is responsible for reviewing and analyzing each individual review event (with findings) and works with Regional Office staff in developing recommended activities to ensure correction during follow-up reviews. The Follow-up Lead coordinates Follow-up, RAN and Special reviews for and with Regional Office(s), and maintains accurate tracking records for all grant recipients within their assigned Region(s). The Follow-Up Lead is instrumental in collaborating with Regions in identifying potential system issues, and identifying trends and gaps as they review findings from all review types. The Follow-up Lead works collaboratively with Regional Office staff and the Follow-up Lead Manager and provides subject matter expertise and capability building.

Qualifications
Bachelor's in related field with 6 years of directly related work experience or compatible combination of education and experience.
Basic Compensation: $85,000.00- $90,000.00 yearly salary
The salary offered within this range will be based on the selected candidates’ skills, experience, education, market data, and internal parity. DLH may offer other rewards that may include performance incentives and program-specific awards. An applicant’s salary history will not be used to determine compensation.
