Dlala Salon has recently moved to its brand new location in the East Village and we are looking to expand our team.

We have been in business for 15 years and we have steadily built a strong reputation for the quality of our stylists' craftsmanship and exemplary customer service. We work closely with our sister salons Redge Salon and Redge Annex and our 3 locations cover 3000 square feet of prime real estate in the East Village, employing 16 stylists and growing steadily.

The fact that most of our stylists have been with us for over 8 years shows how much we care about the wellbeing and growth of our employees. Our business has grown rapidly in the past year and we are looking to hire more stylists to meet the ever growing demand for services at DLALA's new location.

We are looking for stylists with at least 5 years of work experience, preferably for full-time work. Our central location, our immaculately designed work place, regular education on new products and trends, and our impeccable record of 15 years in business will guarantee a qualified new stylist a booked schedule within a few weeks of joining our team.

Hairstylists receive 45% to 52% commission plus tips, annual bonus, 20% retail commission, a fully vested 401k plan with high matching employer contributions, paid sick leave, paid family leave, flexible work hours, and ample vacation time.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
