Minimum Requirements: 

• High School or GED
• 3 years’ experience in a professional services environment
• High-energy, savvy professional 
• Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced setting
• Strong writing, proofreading, and editing skills critical, with a keen attention to detail
• Communication and data analysis skills, client service orientation, project management 
• Ability to meet deadlines 
• Ability to work well in a team environment where most interaction is “virtual”
• Proficiency with MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint

Preferred Requirements: 

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, English, or a related field
• Law firm experience
• Basic HTML skills

What will your day look like? As a LatAm Marketing Coordinator, you will assist with proofreading and formatting assistance for HTML, PowerPoint, and Word files. You will regularly audit and update department content in the SPO and others on firm software, systems, website, and intranet. You will monitor internal publications, submissions, rankings, proposals, RFPS, and otherwise, and enter publicized credentials into an experienced database. You will also provide project assistance for marketing as needed, including coordination with other support groups to ensure requests are fulfilled on schedule.
