Job DescriptionDLA Piper is seeking an International Tax Associate to join the Tax Group. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience with international structuring and cross border transactions planning, management of complex and large multi-jurisdictional projects, and meaningful client responsibilities. Familiarity with financial statements and models will be a plus. 

This position is open to DLA Piper U.S. offices on the west coast, with a preference for Palo Alto and San Francisco.
