This position is part-time, located in our Austin office and offers a hybrid work schedule.

Minimum Requirements:

• Completed at least two years of college
• Interest in gaining practical work experience
• Solid skills in Microsoft office to include Word and Excel
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good interpersonal and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Requirements:

• 3 or more years of college completed
• Some previous office or internship experience 
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

What will your day look like?In this exciting opportunity, some of your responsibilities will include performing administrative duties such as maintaining spreadsheets and analyzing basic data. You will research information, gather data and prepare basic reports or analyses. You will attend and participate in meetings to gain an understanding of department objectives and recent activities. You will assist on special projects and assignments for the corporate and the ESG and sustainability advisory groups. You will answer phones, emails and respond to questions as necessary. Other duties as assigned.

Physical Demands, Work Environment, and Other Requirements

Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
